Suggest Treatment For Lump On Testicle

Question: There is a lump on my testicle. its there from quite long time. its size is of around 1/3rd of testicle. I am not feeling any pain. Please let me know if its normal or not ?

Thanks for your query,based on the facts that you have posted it appears that you have a painless lump on your testicle since a long time.

Mostly it is likely to be an Epididymal Cyst (Spermatocele) However it needs to get it confirmed by clinical examination by a qualified Urologist and Ultrasound Scanning of the scrotum.

Spermatocele is a benign cyst and does not need any treatment unless it increases in size , gets infected or becomes painful.
