Suggest Treatment For Lump On The Inner Thigh

Question: Have a lump in inner thigh by pelvis on the right side. It's a soft lump, can't gauge whether or not it's nickel or quarter size. It's aching and painful to touch, though not unbearable. Became aware of pain last night. Have had lipoma on my side, across from breast. It became hard, large & painful, yet harmless. Had it removed. This does not feel the same.

Noted the history of removal of lipoma in past.
And now have a lump inner thigh by pelvis on the right side - soft - painful and tender (pain on touch) since last night.

As per the history you have provided This looks to be a boil/infected cyst / abscess.
I would advise you the following:
Take a course of an antibiotic and an anti-inflammatory medicine like Ibuprofen.
This may settle with these medicines as it has been noticed just last night.
