Brief Answer:
The photos suggest an inflammatory swelling, like sebaceous cyst.
Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXX and welcome to HCM.
As an Urologist,i can understand your concern.
The photographs seem to suggest an inflammatory swelling, over shaft of penis.
This is commonly seen in sebaceous cysts of the skin.
On examination of the swelling, one can opine,if there's infection in that.
Pain is a sign of infection, hence should be ruled out.
If infection is seen, you'll need to start a course of antibiotic.
Avoid masturbation till it heals completely.
The definitive treatment is an excision of the swelling.
That's a minor operation, routinely done under local anesthesia.
Hope your doubt's cleared.

It's not painful if I am not pressing it. Do I have to see a doctor or it will dissolve by its own. If it will dissolve, can you please tell me how much time it's normally take to dissolve. The day I saw that, just before that day I was masterbating roughly by accident. And how will I understand it's infected as it's not at all painful if I am not pressing it.
Brief Answer:
Pain with pressure on it is a sign of inflammation.
Detailed Answer:

Will I completely stop the masturbation or is soft masturbation is possible?
Brief Answer:
Masturbation is done with a rigid penis,so masturbation not advisable.
Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXX,
It's in your interest to avoid masturbation, till an examination.
With any erection, the penis becomes rigid.
Thereafter, masturbation will rub over this swelling and worsen your problem.
Wishing you well.
