Brief Answer:
Kindly describe your problem better so we can help you.

Detailed Answer:
Dear XXXX,

Before you get worried further, I would kindly ask you to give me some more information so I can help you better.

1. Is this lump towards the outside, protruding through the skin, visible?
2. Can you please send a picture via an upload (just use the upload button
on the website). To upload you can also send the pictures as attachments
and use an email subject line "attention: Dr. Neel Kudchadkar"
Send a picture of the lump in good lighting as best as you can.
3. Can you tell me how long you have had the lump? Days? weeks? longer?
4. Do you have any other illnesses of the oral cavity? Or teeth?
5. Most importantly, do you smoke cigarettes or use tobacco in any form?
6. Have you ever visited any doctor in the past for this issue? If so has any
investigation, like an OPG(a kind of X-Ray), been done?

Given these 6 facts, I can determine quickly what you issue really is.

Your statement is a bit vague and both of us need a more information to
work around. I have noted that you say that there is lack of pain.

I would request that you take yourself seriously, and quickly think and follow
these instructions.

Thanking you in advance for cooperating,
Dr. Neel Kudchadkar

1. The lump is not protruding. It is on the outside of the jaw. It is not visible
2. I have had the lump only for a couple of weeks, or that is when I noticed it.
3. the last couple of days I have been very tired and achy. no problems with the oral cavity or teeth
4. I have never used tobacco
5. I do have a regular appointment on July 16 but have not seen input because it is a recent issue.

Brief Answer:
You need to be examined physically.

Detailed Answer:
Dear XXXX,

1. The first probable cause is an enlarged lymph node, or one that is inflammed.
2. There is a probability that there may be a tumor. However this has to be proven.
3. You need to be examined physically, and tests need to be done. This is a medical fact.
4. These medical actions cannot be conducted online.
5. Therefore the best action that you can take is to go to a doctor, or a hospital.

Thanks,
Dr. Neel Kudchadkar
