Brief Answer:
Only proper examination can lead to diagnossis
Detailed Answer:
Hi there I have read your query. I feel first of all that it needs to be thoroughly examined. It is obvious that it must a little in the cervico vaginal canal. Probably a polyp of infectious or uterine origin that is resulting is the symptoms frequent urination. By finding the cause you take proper antibiotic treatment. In case it is a fluid filled lump it needs to be drained. And in case we go further we can also think of doing the biopsy of the region. And see the what cells are there , If the cells are abnormal then can only cancerous origin be the cause. But still you should not get worried everything will be fine
Any doubts I am there to answer
