Suggest Treatment For Lumps In The Throat

Question: I have 2 lumps inside my throat on the right side. One lump is large (maybe 1cm?) and soft, the other is small and hard, and I can see that similar lumps are not present on the left side of my throat. I can feel the small hard lump when I swallow.
