Lymph node if it is painfull or enlarging then you need to evaluate it.
Otherwise there is no need to worry.
Lymph nodes are filled with white blood cells to fight infection if there is infection then they enlarge in size and becomes painful.
They will regress slowly after infection recovers.
So they might reduce in size after some days.
Many times they can be normally palpable( if the size is below 1 to 2 cm).
May be due to peroid of development of lymphoid system.
So i would like to suggest you to keep track of the lymph node if it becomes painful or enlarging in size, no active managment is needed at the moment.
Hope i helped you.
