Brief Answer:
Ketoconazole shampoo + Coconut oil + vitamin supplements..

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

At the outset, I recommend you following instruction of your treating doctor carefully and religiously while using minoxidil lotion. Along with it, you may add:
1. Ketoconazole based shampoo such as Nizoral or 8X shampoo. Apply the shampoo to your scalp (not hair). Leave it for 5-10 minutes before rinsing. You may need to use it once in 2-3 days. This shampoo is absolute requisite if you also have dandruff issue.
Alternate antihair fall shampoo suggested is anaphase shampoo.

2. Coconut oil of any brand is my only suggestion as far as hair oil is concerned.

3. Vitamin supplements is sometimes necessary to enrich hair growth. You can take tablet androangen or tab biotin forte once a day for 2-3 months. It should be available at your nearest pharmacy.

Besides these options, I will also suggest you eat plenty of fruits and vegetables especially those grown under the soil. You should also manage physical as well as mental stressors - therefore good sleep, meditation and yoga will be beneficial.

Lastly if you don't find good results with the measures suggested (including minoxidil use), you can discuss about use of oral finasteride with your dermatologist.

Hope this helped. Let me know if you need clarifications.

Regards
