Brief Answer:
Let her take Tylenol!

Detailed Answer:

Hi,

Yes, migraines can often be severe. This is more likely if she has been having them and can pinpoint when the crisis are about to strike. It usually lasts anywhere from a few hours to as many as 72 hours. Getting a good nap in a dark and quiet room would be very helpful. In addition, 1000 mg of Tylenol as many as 4 times a day are helpful. Benadryl alone wouldn't be that helpful.

Let me know if you find these helpful and how she responds to it.

I wish you well.
