Suggest Treatment For Migraines And Inability To Concentrate

headaches? migraines
Detailed Answer:
Dear ma,am
Hello
I have gone through your medical history in detail .
As per history given by you ,it seems that you are suffering from headaches ? tension headaches /migrainous .
Lack of concentration along with headache and partial response to antimigrainous medication & recurrence of headaches after stopping medicines goes in favour of anxiety headaches .
May i suggest you
1. Get your exams over with regular SOS medication for headache (viz tab dolo 650 mg sos)
2.Get a MRI BRAIN to rule out any intracranial lesion as cause for headache
3.If MRI BRAIN is normal , then take some ANALGESIC WITH MUSCLE RELAXANTS .on regular basis for 1-2 weeks
4 If headache still persists , take some ANXIOLYTIC MEDICATION or CHLORDIAZEPOXIDE/AMITRYPTILLIN COMBINATION .
5 If headache still persists , get a regular check up of BLOOD PRESSURE .
6 AVOID CONSTIPATION
7 TAKE GOOD SLEEP
8 DRINK LOTS OF WATER
HOPE this will solve your problem

Detailed Answer:
Dear ma,am
Hello
Thanx for the querry.
Sorry for unavoidable delay as i was busy with surgeries .
For unbearable headache you can take a combination of ACECLOFENAC +PCM if plain DOLO is not giving you relief.
There is no definite treatment for lack of concentration except following measures
1. Take a nice sleep
2. Don,t be under rest
3 Plan your studies well ahead of exams
4 Make small reminder notes for exams & keep revising
5 Do some yoga/relaxations
Thanx
Hope this answers your querry

Headache
Detailed Answer:
Dear ma,am
Hello
If headache increases after /during meditation , don,t do it or do it under expert guidance. Relaxing during meditation should help.
Get your MRI BRAIN to rule out any intracranial lesion .
Thanks
