Brief Answer:
Please discuss with your employer

Detailed Answer:
Hello and thank you for asking in HCM

I can understand your concern

According to the history you explain (i mean your symptoms) in my opinion and my experience we advice patients in your situation to try to regulate the work schedule.

In your case this schedule influence for bad in your normal cycle of sleeping and hence in you general condition.

Given the fact that a normal sleeping cycle for a young subject in your age should be 7-8 h/24 and you do not fulfill the hours this could not be considered normal.

In view of your symptoms the first thing that needs to be normal is the sleeping process .

So please think of it and discuss with your employer about your concern to change the work timetable for you.

I wish a fast recovery and i am here to help you again
