no such relation with caner

Detailed Answer:
Hi.
Thanks for your query.
Noted your history of regular stomach upset, outside food, spicy and nonveg foods. There discomfort, dullness and stress.
There is not much of the relation between cancer and the symptoms you have.
I would advise you the following:
First of all to stop such foods and beverages that increase your stomach problems.
Consult a Doctor for clinical evaluation, investigations and get started on a proper treatment with PPI like Omeprazole, antacid and as advised.
It is always better to get an upper GI endoscopy since you are symptomatic, tells the exact position of esophagus, stomach and first part of duodenum.
I hope this answer helps you, please feel free to ask for further relevant queries if you feel that there is a gap of communication.

Ganaton total is a good medicine and you should continue it till advised.

As explained.

If you are so much anxious, get an ultrasonography of the abdomen and if required MRCP.
