Hello
I had gone through your question and I can understand your concern.
Looking at your description, it seems to be a treatable condition, chances of cancer is belt less likely.
Blood in stool warrants detailed evaluation to find out underlying cause.
Here i would like further information for better assessment of condition like
1. Frequency of stools in a day
2. Does stomach pain follow by loose motion?
3. Have thy seen doctor
You may require iron infusion or blood transfusion to replace the blood loss.
I would advise you to follow these guidelines
1.Avoid excess stress and anxiety by relaxation exercises
2. You should have lots of fresh fruits and vegetables with dietary fiber supplements
Please write back to me with these details so tag I will be able to tell you more accurately
Best wishes
I'll make you clear, frequency of stool is once mostly after having dinner, yes sir stomach pain is followed by loose motion. No sir doctor had not seen.i'm also having gastric issues and if any spicyfood is intaken that night i have heartburn.nowadays there is no presence of blood in stool, but either black or jelly like substance is there. This doesnt happen regularly but for two weeks its ok then again its repeating for 3 to 4 days, and also if i intake spicyfoods. I also add that i have anxiety and have been in stress often.
Doctor dehydration,fatigue is also there.
Please consider these guidelines
Detailed Answer:
Hello
Welcome again and thanks for all the details
In my opinion your symptoms might be related to excessive stress and anxiety, you should make every effort to remain cheerful and stress free all the time.
Dehydration and fatigue could be related to excess fluid loss and low hemoglobin due to blood loss.
Since I can't physically examine you to get more clues so I would advise to book an appointment with a gastroenterologist for detailed examination and endoscopy if need be.
Meanwhile avoid spicy and junk food
Have lots of fresh fruits, raw or steamed vegetables, whole grains diet
You should take iron and multivitamin supplements
Lots of fluids orally like ORS and fruits juices are also advisable
Hope this answers your question
Wishing you good health and speedy recovery.
I'll surely meet an gastroenterologist, also i'll follow the food diet as you said
Now i'm quite clarified sir
Thank you
Your most welcone
