Not this symptoms i check my BP its coming 200/130 so doctor say take the ECG.
Brief Answer:
Repeat tests after 2 weeks
Detailed Answer:
Hello, Sir.
I apologize for the delayed response considering my hectic work schedule.
In the absence of any chest symptoms , ECG changes does not point to any significance.
Single reading of elevated blood pressure is not confirmative and is not an indication to start BP medications.
Therefore at this point, I advice you to get a 2 D echocardiogram of the heart and repeat BP and ECG after 2 weeks of low salt diet.
Further management can be based on test results.
