Suggest Treatment For Mildly Elevated SGOT And SGPT Levels

Question: sir my sgpt/alt level is 72 and sgot level is 53 how will i manage it?please give me suggestion.

I have read through your query in detail.
Please find my observations below.

1. SGPT normal level is up to 56 and 72 is mildly elevated.

2. SGOT normal level is up to 40 and 53 is mildly elevated.

3. SGPT and SGOT are liver enzymes and are mildly elevated in infections and inflammations.

4. Your levels are not a serious concern and you can control it with medicines given and by taking god food. Sompress and kinpride is for acid reflux and ursocol is to improve liver function and reduce SGPT and SGOT level.

5. NUD is Non-Ulcer Dyspepsia and is a manifestation of acid reflux disease. Please avoid fasting and alcohol drinking.You might do the test again after 3 months and report should be normal. Please avoid stress and mental anxiety.
