Brief Answer:
No cream effective, go for needle extirpation or radiofreqency ablation

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thanks for being at HealthcareMagic
I have gone through your complaints and understand your concern.
There are no creams effective in the treatment of milia.
Milia are basically subepidermal cysts in the skin that need to be removed.
You need to consult a dermatologist and get them removed by needle extirpation or radiofreqency ablation.
It is minor office procedure requiring 15-20 minutes.
Besides this use a broad spectrum sunscreen on the entire face during the day time for yourself and your kid.
This will prevent further recurrence of milia in future as sun damage have some role in causing them.

Dr Asmeet
