Thank you. What about the smaller one? Is that a halo around it should I be worried?
Brief Answer:
Second one seems like a dysplastic nevus
Detailed Answer:
Hi.
The second one seems like a dysplastic nevus. Though it is well defined but it has different color shades i.e different shades of brown as well as irregular coloration. It should be watched for. I would suggest a dermoscopic examination and if it shows suspicious changes or pigment patterns it may be removed or freezed.
