Hey Dr. Thanks for your reply,
I found these moles from my birth, but it increases day by day since last two years, it appears on my face as very light brown color, but day after it will be converted in to black spot.
Not any kind of itching, pain or burning on my face, but last year, there are a lot of pimple on my face appeared, at that time i used Citaphil facewash and Cleargel cream as prescribed by a doctor.
My skin is very sensitive and these above products makes my skin dry. Apart from that i used too Fair & Lovely Cream and a compact powder, in summers i use pears soap on my face and in winters i use dove soap on my face.
Not a single person from my family members are suffering from these kind of problem. I will attached my pic asap.

Brief Answer:
Freckles most probably...
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Welcome back... And thanks for posting photos. I read history and saw photos. I deeply feel that you may be having freckles besides few lesions of mole( pigmented nevi).
I would like to say few things about freckles.....
-Freckles are small flat brown marks arising on the face and other sun exposed areas.
-They are most often seen in fair skinned people, sometimes affects darker skin types as well.
-The colour of freckles is due to localised accumulation of melanin in keratinocytes.
-Freckle are more prominent in summer but fade considerably or disappear in winter as the keratinocytes are replaced by new cells.
-They may appear on people as young as 1 or 2 years of age.
Since freckles are almost always harmless,no treatment is required. It is best to avoid the sun as much as possible. You may use a sunscreen with SPF 50.
However, if you wish, you may go for treatment... I would like to give few hints related to treatment of freckles...
-You may apply tretinoin gel 0.012% on freckles daily at night. It is helpful to fade the color of freckles as it normalises the pigmentation in the skin. Bleaching cream should be avoided as it may reduce the color of surrounding skin also, so the look might worsen.
-Another, more extreme method of getting rid of freckles is cryosurgery, in which a doctor uses liquid nitrogen to freeze them off.
-Other methods of treatment of freckles are laser treatments, photofacials, chemical peels and intense pulsed light (IPL) therapy.
You consult dermatologist and discuss about more suitable mode of treatment for you and then have treatment.
I hope this would be helpful in managing your skin disease.
Thanks...
Best wishes.
