Brief Answer:
You should also start with some oral drugs

Detailed Answer:
Hello, XXXX
Thank you for consulting with HCM.
This is Dr. Dipti Singh here to answer your query.

As you have mentioned that you have developed mouth infection after taking antibiotic that is O2, it can be possible that you might be allergic to the medicine.

The ointment which you have started is a good medicine for allergic reactions or other autoimmune diseases which causes ulcers and rashes in mouth.

But just applying ointment is not the only solution, you have to start with some oral drugs also. Might be because of this only the lip blisters are bleeding.

But it is not necessary that the blisters which are appearing can be because of allergy only, there can be other diseases also like lichen planus, pemphigus or can be erythema multiforme or just a viral ulcer.

To make a better diagnosis i need to know the history properly (when the blisters started, are they involving the whole oral cavity or only on lip, does fever arised before) and if possible a picture of the lesion.

And depending on the history we can start with the medications and treatment.

Hope it will help you.
Thank you

These have deloped just after having O2 after 3 tablets. Earlier also, I had similar experience with Norflox.

I have developed blisters mainly on lips and 2 inside the mouth on the upperjaw. for the inner ones , I have been advised to put KenaCort ointment and this one for lips. If there any tablets which can help me in getting cured, it would be helpful.. as I have to attend office.

Brief Answer:
An anti allergic drug

Detailed Answer:
Hello,XXXX

According to your history it looks that, you are allergic to this group of drugs and they are appearing because of that only.

In allergic reactions conditions I would have prescribed with an anti allergic drug like cetrizine or avil and combine with the topical ointments.

But still before starting medications once consult with your doctor.

Hope it will help you.
Thank you.
