Suggest Treatment For Mouth Ulcers And Sore Throat
Question: Dear Doctor , past two days i have developed mouth ulcer and gums seems to be swollen. Today morning ulcer and inflation remns the same but have dveloped very mild throat ache and feeling feveiish from inside and having stress/uneasyness in he legs. Also from past three days i m suffering from constipation also. Plz advise me the best what medication to be taken , as i feel that the aforesaid problem is due to stomach disorder.

Hi,
There seems to be signs of infection. The source could be oral or gastritis. I suggest a full course of antibiotics after examination. A course of anti peptic medication has to be added after testing. I would prefer to put on Amox plus clavunate at this stage.
So please see an Internal Medicine doctor / ENT examination.
