Brief Answer:
needs local ointments and multivitamin supplements

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thanks for writing to us.
Mouth ulcers indicate stress to the body.
Stress include infection, vitamin deficiency or allergic in nature.
It is better to consult your doctor to identify the trigger factors like infection and get the appropriate treatment.
Temporarily to ease the pain I usually prescribe ointments like zytee to my patients.
I also prescribe multivitamin like zincovit.
All this will work only if the infection or triggers are identified and treated.
Ensure he drinks plenty of liquids.
Wishing your child good health

Dr Arun
