Hi, mouth ulcers are very often caused by acid reflux. I will advise the following---
Take a good B complex preparation with zinc, an omeprazole preparation 20 mgs a day. Apply Boro glycerol and a lidocaine containing cream locally in the mouth. A mild steroid mouth cream will also help. You can revert back with further queries. Regards
