Suggest Treatment For Multiple Joints Pain

Is it arthritis
Detailed Answer:
good evening XXXXXXX
thank you for writing on health care magic
Well, this sort of pain is a bit unusual which has gone on for 5 years without any swelling. However I would like to know a few more query before seeing where we are heading on the diagnosis. Although examination of joints is anyday superior, but I will try and guide you in best possible way
1. Any history if oral ulcers or dry mouth
2/ any complaints ID drynes in the eyes or itching
3. any history of rash over the face or any other part of the body which gets worse on sun exposure?
4/ has your hair fall increased recently?
5. any history if decreased sleep or irritability or tendency to forget things?
Do let me know these queries and I would guide you further from here
regards

I dont know know if it is arthritis as blood test result for RA panel was negative.
Please find the answers below.
1. No
2.No
3. No rashes on face or anywhere in the body. So I am assuming that it cannot be SLE.
4. No. I have noticed hairfall only during rainy season.
5. No

Good evening XXXXXXX
Sorry for the delayed reply. Had a long day at work.
Well, it can still be arthritis even if the blood work is negative...But then there has to be some evidence of inflammation in the joints.
Secondly you dont have much history suggestive of any connective tissue disease. however if needed we can get it evaluated.
It will be difficult to make the diagnosis without examining you. You can let me know your location and I can guide you to a rheumatologist near by...
I am asking a few more tests...Incase you have done them kindly post them here..Whatever has not been done, you can do it once
1. TSH
2. ESR, CRP
3. CPK, LDH
4. Calciu, 25 hydroxy Vitamin D3
5. ANA( IFA Method)
6. Anti ccp antibody
This would cover most of the screening test we do for the pain you are having.
DO let me know for more queries

Thanks for the response. I have attached my blood reports here. Can you please go through and let me know what are the additional blood tests required. I believe CRP ESR ANA & Vit D are already covered.
Do you think it can be seronegative Arthritis?
Just to add to the above response, I checked my reports and except CPK and LDH all other blood tests were done last year. ANA was positive (1:40, speckled).Hence I got DSDNA done which was negative. ESR is slightly high, 28. Rest are normal.
All the reports are attached here for your reference.

Sorry for the delayed response..
I have gone through your results. ANA is slightly positive, but the titre is insignificant.
To label you are seronegative arthritis, will have to examine your joints to be sure, it is that. Tough to say without examining.
I wont recommend additional blood tests till I examine you. If needed , will run an ultrasound of your joints to see if there is any inflammation within.
