Can be given daily.
Detailed Answer:
Hello.
Thanks for writing again.
In treatment of multiple sclerosis, daily doses of 125 mg of methylprednisolone - solumedrol for a week followed by 64 mg every other day for 1 month have been shown to be effective.
It can later be changed with a long acting steroid according to the response.
Hope my answer is helpful.
