Detailed Answer:
hi I am Dr Gopal Goel , Orthopedic Surgeon
Your problem started post dinner with projectile vomiting and diarrhea mostly liquid . Now you are suffering from spasms which are worst in early morning. You are taking imodium but no result.
In my opinion you are suffering from electrolyte imbalance due to gastro-enteritis.
I suggest you start taking a combination of antibiotics and metronidazole , plenty of electral or oral rehydration fluid.
If you feel that you are not improving in about 3 days then please get admitted for intravenous fluids
I hope I have answered your questions . Pl feel free to ask any further questions.
