Suggest Treatment For Muscle Twitching In Legs

Question: I went to the park and climbed up a couple slightly steep walkways and now my legs are twitching. Is that normal because I do not use those muscles in my legs that often.
Brief Answer:
It could be due to your activity
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
muscle twitching usually occurs for benign reasons like physical exertion, particularly when your muscles are not accustomed to it.
Other potential cause may include too much caffeine, psychological stress, anxiety, electrolyte disorders, muscular problems like muscular dystrophy etc
If this problems persists even after a couple of days have passed then perhaps you should consult a neurologist for assessment. I doubt you'll need to do that though.
Kind Regards!
