Suggest Treatment For Muscular Spasm Of Neck
Question: How do I sleep when I have a Crook in my neck? Is heating pad or ice pack better? It is on my left side . Are there any over the counter medications also. Thanks

You seem to be suffering from Acute Muscular spasm of neck.
This requires treatment and most important part of treatment is Hot fomentation with heating pack and application pain killer gels containing Diclofenac like Volini gel locally over the affected area. These gels are available over the counter.
A combination of pain killer and muscle relaxant containing Paracetamol / Diclofenac and Thiocholchiside is usually required if pain doesn't respond to heat application and pain killer gel.
A combination of Gabapentin and Nortrptilline is added in case a person doesn't respond to traditional pain killers as discussed.
So, at present take Paracetamol that also acts a pain killer along with hot fomentation and pain killer gel.
If no response, then see your doctor for oral pain killer prescription.
