Suggest Treatment For Nasal Congestion, Fever And Pain In The Abdomen
Question: Hello Doctor. I have chest/nasal congestion, slight fever and a dull pain to my abdomen that comes and goes for the past 4 days. To top it all off i have sores in my throat lining, visible by flashlight. I had unprotected oral 4 weeks ago.

Are respiratory infections viral or bacterial? Do i need to run antibiotics and should i seek medical care or let it run its course...
