Brief Answer:
You are most probably having URTI going into LRTI.

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXXXXX
Thanks for the query.

I have read your query , reviewed medications and understand your concern.

In my opinion , after reading your clinical history it appears that you are most probably having upper respiratory tract infection (URTI) going into lower respiratory track infection(LRTI) .
Associated Laryngopharyngeal reflux (LPR) worsening your condition .

If I were your treating Doctor for this case , I would advice you
investigation like X ray chest to confirm LRTI .

I would also start antibiotic Levaquin , Antiseptic Mouth Wash twice daily &
Saline nasal spray thrice daily .

Continue other medication . Try to stop excess medication after consulting your specialist .

Hope this information helpful to you .If you have any further questions I will be happy to help.
Regards.

Understood. I wanted to get antibiotics on the way. I have a few kinds around from excess orders but I wanted to be sure that it would target the suspected bacteria. Since I only have 500s of augmentin in the house for sure, Im going to ask the on-call doc to call in Levaquin first and if out of stock, Azithromycin.

Thanks for your help. Im trying to encourage habits to keep it in the upper tract. They aren't on CNS depressants like I am, and no Hx of Diabetes Mellitus.
