Question: I have a nasal polyp in the left maxillary sinus along with DNS. I would like to know if there is any cure for this in Homoepathy.

Our family doctor suggested against going for Septoplasty. He instead asked me to take a treatment in Homoeopathy.

I have mild nasal irritation (allergy?) since long time (8-10 sneezes per day). The polyp was diagnosed last November. I got a Para nasal sinus- CT scan done. It revealed that I have a Deviated Nasal Septum and a mucosal polyp in the left maxillary sinus.

To further answer your questions:

1 What type of discharge is coming out of your nose example thick /thin/slimy
A: There is usually no discharge, but when it does, it is very thin.

2 color of discharge yellow/'white/watery
A: Color is watery

3 how frequent your nose block morning only/ every time
A: I don't feel the nose block as such, but I feel there is an obstruction to normal air passage.

4 Any particular season when nose block
A: Nose blocks only when I have sinusitis. I normally take precaution to prevent infection. I cover nose with double folded hanky.

5 Please mention what medication your currently taking
A: I'm not on medication right now. I tried allopathy, but was for very short time. I used Nazone (Saline spray), but discontinued it from one month.

6 any loss of smell etc
A: Nothing significant. I still smell everything.

7 any thing other relevant to your complain
A: I experience on-off radiating pain in the entire area between left part of forehead, eye and ear. The pain is very dull and and not at a single point. The pain shifts from one region to another. I have a some-what heavy feeling in the left cheek area.

Please help. Also, suggest me a treatment. Kindly elaborate on side effects, if any. I use Biotin supplements, FYI.
