Brief Answer:
Nasal vestibulitis...

Detailed Answer:
Hi

Thanks for posting the query

I have understood your problem I will try my best to help you with this.

1. Swollen nostril following cocaine abuse is due to local inflammation, followed by infection in the surrounding area. This is also known as nasal vestibulitis.

2. Your description doesn't seem to be of a permanent damage to the nose. With appropriate measures it can be taken care of.

3. You would require a course of potent antibiotics, anti-inflammatory medicines such as ibuprofen or diclofenac, frequent use of saline nasal spray to keep the nasal mucosa & the cavity moist and a local antibiotic cream to reduce the mucosal inflammation.

4. With the above measures you should get better. Finally, the most important of all, avoid cocaine abuse.

Hope this answers our query; I will be available for the follow-up queries.
