Brief Answer:
Less likely to be related to the heart, but do visit the physician for an examination

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Welcome,

Heart pain is usually referred to the left shoulder and arm. It is very uncommon to be felt on the right side.

It is more likely to be due to bad positioning of shoulder during sleep.

But considering your age, still I would suggest you to get yourself examined once by the general physician and s/he may ask investigation like EKG and or 2D-Echocardiography.

Hope this helps, feel free to ask further
Take care
