Brief Answer:
Need further tests
Detailed Answer:
Hi and welcome.
These symptoms may occur after cholecystectomy in certain degree but in your case this is bit worrying and further tests should be done to rule out pancreas disorders or abscess in abdominal cavity. You should do CTscan or ERCP. Also, you must follow hepatic diet and have smaller but more frequent meals. Wish you good health. Regards

I have had a ct scan came back ok bloods showed Gamma G T raised to 75, ultra sound showed my CBD near porta was only 3.7mm it was stated that my cystic duct was very small and hard to.find during op sorry I meant to.put all that in the first question do you think anything can be done and thanks for your first response it was much appreciated
Brief Answer:
hi
Detailed Answer:
There may be residual stone in CBD or cystic duct or you suffer from postcholecystectomy syndrome. I think that you should do MRCP or ERCP to verify this more accurately. There are some possibilities to put stent into CBD if there is suspicious obstruction, but it doesnt looks to me like this. And last option is exploratory surgery. In every case, appropriate diet is required.
