Question: I am nauseous, have loose stools, crying because I feel so bad, dizzy and light headed. No fever, cough, BP is 128/58 pulse is 86. Any suggestions

Since how long are you having this problem
did you eat something odd like adulterated food

in my opinion you should take plenty of fluids including ORS fruits juices and lemon water
dizziness and lightheadedness can be related to dehydration and electrolyte imbalances caused by diarrhoea and vomiting

if it persists consult your family doctor for a stool test for ova cyst or protozoa and occult blood
you may require a course of antibiotics than under supervision of your doctor
