HI
Welcome to healthcare magic and thanks for putting up the query
A sudden discomfort can't bedue to any malignancy. It is definitelynot cancer. The problem is due to the chip stuck in palate. You havr to get it removed by the doctor. An ENT specialistis best to consult.
The postnasal drip and throat discomfort might be due to nasal infection. Even the ear fullness is due to eustachian tube blockage caused by nasal infection.
Please send me the pictures of your throat so that i can suggest you better and prescribe you accordingly.
Also tell me do you have frequent sneezing or nasal blockage?

Foreign body mouth
Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thanks for the pictures.
The bump in the soft Palate is probably due to some foreign body as rest of the oral mucosa is absolutely fine. You can try to palate it softly and remove it with a plucker or visit an ENT SPECIALIST to get it removed as prolonged presence can lead to infection.
for ear complaints take a combination of levocetrizine and phenylepherine twice daily.
Take steam inhalation and chew a gum.
Use xylometazoline nasal drops three times a day.
All the medicines I have prescribed will be available at prescription only.
take all for a week.
Any further questions are always welcome.
Wishing you a speedy recovery.
Thanks and regards

The yellowish discoloration can be due to pus and infection caused by a retained foreign body. The scalp symptoms are not related to this.
The nausea can be due to infection only. You should visit an ENT specialist and get the chip removed if present.
You can take tablet stemetil for nausea. The medicines need to be prescribed by a doctor for their availability. So you have to visit a doctor for getting them prescribed.
Wish you get well soon.
