Please suggest some remedy for naval dislocation and how can we prevent
Umbilical Hernia
Detailed Answer:
Hello and welcome to healthcaremagic
I am Dr. Kakkar. I have gone through your query.
I think we are dealing here with Umbilical hernia though I would prefer a picture to be absolutely sure.
An umbilical hernia is a result of weakness in the muscles in or around your belly button. It causes the belly button to pop outwards and can happen at any age.
Umbilical hernias are most common in infants and may be especially evident when the infant cries, causing the baby's bellybutton to protrude. This is a classic sign of an umbilical hernia.
In infants, many umbilical hernias close on their own by the first birthday, though some take longer to heal.
To prevent complications, umbilical hernias that don't disappear by age 3 or those that appear in adults needs to be repaired surgically because there is a risk of the abdominal contents being strangulated in the neck of the hernia.

this something different i think. while workout or when i miss meals my naval got displaced upwards and that leads to indigestion and stomach issues.
Possibiltiy of hiatal hernia needs to be ruled out
Detailed Answer:
Hi.
After going through the whole gamut of symptoms I think you might have a hiatal hernia rather than umbilical hernia (hiatal hernia is herniation of a part of stomach through the diaphragm into the thoracic cavity). Though it needs to be ruled out with appropriate investigations. The symptoms of indigestion and retrosternal burning sensation and exacerbation after work-out also point in that favour.
Umblical hernia presents more often as a bulge or defect in the umbilical area
I think you should consult a gastroenterologist who would get a upper GI barium series to substantiate the diagnosis.
You can take an oral antacid e.g pantoprazole 40 mg twice daily. This would help you alleviate your symptoms
