Question: Saturday evening, before dinner, the back of my neck became very tense. I also got a headache and a fever; didn't feel well at all so I went to bed.

Sunday, woke up with water like diarrhea and major body aches.

Monday: same thing

Tuesday: Same thing as the it lasted from from Sunday through Tuesday afternoon with the body aches and diarrhea. It seemed as though once the diarrhea was gone along came another issue. I learned it may have been an aura before a migraine. I was unable to see or focus on anything, there were really strange bent looking lights or holographic images and I had mental confusion; I couldn't talk, then came the migraine. Worse one I've ever had in my life and along with a stiff neck.

Wednesday: Still with headache and stiff neck. Urine is almost brown looking and stool is pale.

Thursday: Still with headache and stiff neck which pain in neck seems to have moved from the back to the right side of my neck- maybe a lymph node? Very sore even without touching- kind of a burning sensation in the neck, sore throat and fever too.

Friday, today: Urine back to almost clear, stool darkening, stiff burning neck still, fever gone-so far and no body aches but I have a sore throat. Headache is lingering.

I'm guessing with all the diarrhea I has a some kind of stomach flu? And now with these new symptoms maybe another strain of the flu? Burning neck is really my biggest complaint through this whole time-line. It hurts to turn head left and right and its very burning feeling and sore to the touch. I can move my head up and down so hopefully no chance of meningitis. It seems as though my hearing is now being affected on the side with the pain in the neck. And I just has to sneeze which was extremely painful on the neck. It seems to hurt even more now and up into my head.

Should I go to the ER to rule out meningitis?
