Brief Answer:
Physiotherapy is the best alternative to pain killers

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

I understand your concern. It seems that after your intervention you were left with nerve damage or a pinched nerve causing you to be in constant pain.
I can understand why you do not wish to be on opiates and antidepressants anymore. These drugs are rife with side effects.
The best option I can recommend is physiotherapy and acupuncture. Electrotherapy and manual therapy are both very effective pain management methods, but they do require consistency and a little bit of patience.
Acupuncture is known to give immediate pain relief so I highly recommend it.
You may also consider occasional pain management with non opioid pain killers such as Ibuprofen or Acetaminophen but again, these drugs are not recommended for chronic use.
Depending on where you live, medical marijuana could also be an option.
Ultimately, a corrective intervention could also be an option to be discussed with your doctor based on your medical history and clinical details.

I hope this helps. If you have further questions I'd be happy to help.
Wishing you good health and all the best
