Suggest Treatment For Neurgenic Claudication

Probably lumbar stenosis.
Detailed Answer:
Hi, I had gone through your question and understand your concerns.
Neurgenic claudication is caused by lumbar spine canal stenosis.
If you had laminectomy and foraminotomy, then a possibility is worsening of lumbar column stability ( spondylolysthesis). This needs to be checked with dynamic x-ray films of lumbar column ( flexed and extended position).
Another possibility of your symptoms may be inadequate neural decomprression.
This needs to be checked with a lumbar MRI.
EMG is positive when there is prolonged nerve suffering.
Neurogenic claudication worsens in standing and walking and improves at or after rest.
I suggest you to discuss with your treating Doctor above mentioned possibilities about your concerns.
Hope this answers your question. If you have additional questions or follow up questions then please do not hesitate in writing to us. I will be happy to answer your questions.
