Suggest Treatment For Night Sweats And Anxiety In A 45 Year Old Female
It could either be peri-menopause or a hormonal imbalance
Detailed Answer:
Hello sir and welcome.
Thank you for writing to us.
I have gone through your query with diligence and would like you to know that I am here to help. It seems like you have been experiencing some symptoms of hormonal imbalances, which could be related to peri-menopause or menopause. So I would recommend a visit to a gynaecologist, who may choose to conduct a few investigations along with a check on hormone levels.
But the period could be continuing because of peri-menopause, but in some cases women who experience a similar presentation as yours could require a minor procedure called D&C (dilation and curettage). But in my opinion, it could be attributed to peri-menopause ma'am.
I hope you find my response helpful and informative. Please feel free to write back to me for any further clarifications, I would be more than happy to help.
Best wishes.
Queries addressed ma'am, recommend a doctors visit
Detailed Answer:
Hello once again.
I do not think you need a D&C now, but some women have required it because the bleeding has continued for a long time which resulted in anaemia, a D&C was suggested. A D&C is recommended for women who have heavy bleeding, or who bleeding for a prolonged period of time, etc.
Hormonal imbalances can be seen with peri-menopause as well, and can cause hormonal imbalances which can cause a period to extend for longer periods of time. But there are other causes that can also cause prolonged bleeding, which is why I recommended a visit to your gynaecologist who will choose to conduct a few tests in order to rule out those other causes.
Please do not hesitate hesitate to write to me anytime, I am always here to help.
Best wishes.
Sorry I overlooked those facts,in that case a hormonal cause is most likely
Detailed Answer:
Hello once again.
In that case, a hormonal cause is the most likely scenario in your case. Check with your gynaecologist to confirm peri-menopause, and hormonal replacement therapy (HRT) will most certainly help normalise your symptoms ma'am.
Hope this helps.
Best wishes.
