Suggest Treatment For No Ovulation When Suffering From PCOS

Question: hi my wife has pcos and we tried ayurvedic medication since from last 3 years after marriage. now we consult a gynecologist and after ultra sonic observation he found that only endometrium is increasing and follicles not increasing or there is no any ovulation. why it is normal symptom in pcos? and what should we do to get pregnancy?

If there is no ovulation you can lapariscopic ovarian drilling.

Meanwhile request doctor to start on metformin tablets.

the tubes are normal in size, only egg maturation is not done, doctor suggested to check LH, AMH & FSH testing for 3rd day of mense. so plz guide me that what should do for periods go normal and ovulation takes place?

Hi,

It is good to get FSH, LH, AMH tests done on day 3.

If they are in normal range you can get laparoscopic drilling done.

If not willing for drilling, request your doctor to give metformin tablets and gonadotropin injections.

Tubes being open is unrelated to ovulation.
