Question: good evening sir , I m a 19 year old boy . I m suffering from night fall problems , I feel very bad when I get up in the morning, there are a lot of pimples on my face also.I want to get rid off them. I have also taken homeopathic medicines for pimples.

Thanks for your query,based on the facts that you have posted it appears that you have problem of night emission.

I would like to state that it is very common and natural to get night emission at the age of adolescence .Whatever other problems that you have like getting pimples over face are in noway related to the night emission.

Normally it gets resolved itself without any treatment over a period of 2 years.

Foe pimples consult qualified Dermatologist for clinical examination and treatment .

Acne condition isn't related to night fall. There are competent medications consisting of antibiotics, isotretinoin, benzoyl peroxide available to treat pimples. It is best that you discuss with dermatologist for suitable treatment. Consult qualified Dermatologist for clinical examination and further treatment .
