Brief Answer:
You can go for ESWL for left kidney stone

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for your query ,based on the facts that you have posted it appears that you have been diagnosed to have non obstructing stones in both the kidneys ;

I would suggest following plan of action .
1)The stone in left kidney is of size of 7.5 mm and can be expected to pass down spontaneously .But it is uncertain how long it will take to pass down and you may get bouts of severe pain if it gets obstructed at three narrow points in the ureter.

2) Second alternative is to get it fragmented by a procedure called Extra Corporeal Shock Wave Lithotripsy (ESWL) and the resulting small fragments will pass out with urine .This is a non invasive procedure carried out as out patient procedure and does not require hospitalization.

As far as treatment on Rt sided stone it being very small will pass out at ease and does not require any active intervention .

Drink more water so that you will produce more urine .That will help to pass the stone out .

Take Tab Tomsulosin once daily along with Drotaverine twice daily ,Both these drug are smooth muscle relaxants and will dilate the ureter and there by help to pass the stone down into bladder .

Get the prescription from your family Physician.

At present there is no need to undergo any surgery .

Hope I have answered your query ,please feel free to ask if you have more questions , I shall be happy to help you .
Thanks and Regards.
