Suggest Treatment For Nose Bleeding Post An Injury
Question: I fell on the sidewalk yesterday and hit my nose and mouth. Today when I bend over my nose bleeds. What's happening?

Usually this happens when you nose is slowly bleeding and blood is collecting somewhere and when you bend over that colected blood trickles out of the nose. This might also be happening due to increase in pressure of blood due to gravity when you bend over.
In such situtaions it is advised to get a medical checkup to rule out any nose fracture of significant trauma to any vessel. I would suggest you to visit a medical facility to get your nose looked at. Bleeding nose shouldn't be left neglected as such.
Till you dont get medical advise ..nose pinch technique or icing of nose can be done but in case of significant trauma it has limited use. You can take use a nasal decongestant spray that stops bleeding in minor traumas.
