Brief Answer:
A thorough clinical evaluation is needed. Do not ignore.

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for asking on HealthcareMagic.

I have gone through your query. There are a number of possibilities like neuropathy, multiple sclerosis etc. that can give rise to the mentioned presentation. It needs a careful consideration of the history backed up by proper and thorough clinical evaluation. You need to take your child to a doctor, preferably a neurologist, and get him evaluated. You can upload the medical notes. This will enable me to procure the facts based on which I could guide you further.

Let me know if I could help further.

Regards
