Suggest Treatment For Numbness And Tingling Feeling On Legs

Strain muscle? Tendinitis?
most likely strained muscle...
Detailed Answer:
Dear Madam,
Well looking into your problem I would like to tell you that it looks like a strained muscle. There is not much scope of tendinitis in this region of inner thigh .
I am not sure in what distribution you have numbness and tingling. It is important to note the distribution to comment on the cause further. Perhaps your local doctor will help in identifying this distribution. In people who do exercise meralgia paraesthetica is a condition that needs to be considered.
At this point of time, I would advise you to take rest for a few days and take a muscle relaxant if required . A topical analgesic gel like paracetamol gel can be used over the affected area which will help relieve the pain. Should the symptoms persist to trouble you, you may visit the local doctor.
Take care.

I have the numbness throughout my leg & foot.
Need to get an X ray spine done.
Detailed Answer:
Dear Madam,
Thank you for reverting back.
Since its in the entire leg an X ray spine will be recommended to look for any disc bulge that is compressing the nerve as the numbness is very widespread . It is unlikely to be related to your inner thigh injury. You can discuss with your treating doctor regarding this. Also get vitamin B12 levels checked sometimes it's deficiency can also lead to the same.
