Question: Yes, thanks. I have numbing/tingling in my thumb and fingers on my left hand and numbing on the left side of my face above and below the hips. I have no other smx. I did have a nasty fall 2 days ago where I fell on my lower back and got a huge discoloration on my back and a major bruise - 4-5" across ' on my left inner forearm.

Previous degerative spinal changes such bone spurs, moderately herniated discs may aggravate neurological symptoms significantly after trauma.

If doubts about neural structures involvement, further imaging tests such cervical spine MRI may be necessary.
