Suggest Treatment For Numbness In Left Arm

Question: I just realized I have "Terry's Nails". Lately I've been experiencing numbness in my left arm when I wake. From what I understand, Terry's Nails is indicative of cirrohis (I like to drink), heart disease (runs in the family), and malnutrition (diet not great).
