Question: My forehead feels a bit numb, when I lift my eyebrows my top head moves it feels like it might be tight. what could it be?

I have been experiencing symptoms that could be neurological such as numbness in upper leg and warm feeling when I lay on my back. I also got a sore lower back on left side

Thanks for your answer. I fear I may have some some of neurological symptoms I am not self diagnosing but I looked on internet and came across Peripheral Neuropathy and the symptoms that I am experiencing match this condition. I recently went to doctor they just prescribed by antidepressants I hope these don't make it worse.
