Brief Answer:
I think it can be a muscle pull or nerve stretching

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

I have studied your case. I think she had stretched her muscles or nerve giving rise to these symptoms. This is not due to blood clot for sure.

I have following suggestions for her.
1. she should continue the ice fomentation for next 24 hours followed by Hot water fomentation.
2. Tablet Methylcobal for nerve stretching after proper prescription by your local physician.
3. take rest, avoid standing for long time.
4. compression bandage can be applied.

I hope these steps will be helpful for you. Let me know if their is any other followup questions.
Thanks
